“Let’s party like it’s 1769!”

Pianist Sarah Hagen is celebrating the recent release of her latest album “Women of Note” with a celebration at the Haviland Club in Charlottetown.

“Women of Note” contains hard-core classical works by two forgotten female composers of the 18th century: Marianna Martines and Marianne von Auenbrugger. 

The launch celebration will include a programme of various forms of entertainment, including works from the album performed by Sarah, and performances by special guests. Doors open at 7 pm, with the show beginning at 8 pm. Tickets are $35, which include a copy of the CD, or $10/$20 for the party and performance only. Refreshments will be served and the bar will be open for ages 19 and up.
